We have a wide variety of classes from CrossFit, Team Sweat, Hyrox, Bi-Monthly Beginners cycles, Open Gym, Hyrox Training Days and Specialist Workshops. CrossFit

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements. Our Crossfit classes combine a mixture of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, compound strength and metconditioning.

Hyrox

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running and lower-skill functional movements in a timed competition. Our Hyrox classes offer you varied and progressive training without getting bored. Hyrox is amazing because of its low-sill nature, which makes it accessible to everyone.

Beginners Cycle

Our CrossFit Beginners Cycle teachs participents the basics of CrossFit. During our beginner’s cycle, we look at everything: classic gym movements like the deadlift, learning how to Olympic weightlift and covering fun WODs (workout of the day)
